Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is eligible for return and meets the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included where applicable.
• Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene, safety, or other legitimate reasons. Any applicable exclusions will be communicated to customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at easyfitpakistan@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item so we can review the issue and assist you.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. If the original method is unavailable, an alternative arrangement may be agreed upon with the customer.
