Return and Exchange Policy

At EazyFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with your shirts, trousers, or tracksuits, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Must be in the original EazyFit packaging

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us using our details below. Please include your order number and a picture of the item if there is a problem.

3. Exchanges (Size or Color Issues)

If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for the correct one. You will need to send the item back to our Lahore address. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will dispatch the new size to you. Please note that the delivery charges for returning the item to us for a size exchange will be paid by the customer.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away. We will take full responsibility and cover all shipping costs to replace the faulty item for you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and sent to you via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 5 working days.

6. Sale Items

Please note that items bought during major promotional clearance events (like our Summer End Sale) are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
