Shipping Policy

At EazyFit, we are committed to delivering your premium shirts, trousers, and tracksuits as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping details below.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

• During mega sales events or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience during these times.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, your order will take about 3 to 5 working days to arrive at your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan.

• Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 1 to 2 days.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 200 on all orders across Pakistan.

• Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders over Rs. 3,500. (Note: You can easily change these numbers in Shopify if your rates are different).

4. Order Verification

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to verify your order and address before dispatching the package. This helps us ensure that your package reaches the right destination without any delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (such as TCS, Leopards, Trax, or CallCourier), we will send you an email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel's journey to your home.

6. Undelivered Packages

If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, they will usually try again the next day. Please ensure you provide an active phone number and a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery failures.
